Our Story
TAPA was founded to close a gap we repeatedly saw in practice:
creative design on one side — and fragmented project execution on the other.
Drawings, revisions, consultants, site coordination, approvals…
Too many processes worked separately, causing delays and cost overruns.
We built a studio that works differently:
integrated, data-driven and collaborative.
By using BIM, parametric tools and structured workflows, we ensure that design intent, technical accuracy and construction reality stay aligned at every stage.
Founding Principal
Tayfun PARLAK
He is an architect and founding principal focused on BIM-driven, digitally coordinated project delivery. After graduating from Özyeğin University, he worked with several studios in Turkey. His work centers on integrated design, model-based workflows, and construction-ready documentation across commercial, cultural, and mixed-use projects.
