When you complete the TAPA BIM Readiness Assessment, we may process the following information:

• Company name.

• Company type.

• Project type, where provided.

• Answers to the 25 assessment questions.

• Calculated scores, capability assessments, findings, recommended actions and improvement-roadmap information.

• Assessment version and related record metadata required to manage the assessment.

The assessment answers and resulting report are stored in our website's assessment data collection so that the assessment can be generated and managed.

The current 25-question assessment does not require an email address as part of its assessment profile. If additional fields or features are introduced, this Policy and the relevant privacy notice should be updated where necessary.

2.3 Technical and Website Usage Data

Depending on the website features you use and your cookie preferences, technical information may be processed, such as browser and device information, IP address, website interaction data and cookie identifiers.

2.4 Security and CAPTCHA Data

Our assessment submission process uses CAPTCHA verification to help prevent automated or abusive submissions. The verification token is sent to the server for validation and is not included in the assessment record stored by the current assessment code. The CAPTCHA provider may process technical information necessary to perform the verification.

Assessment answers are used to produce an indicative readiness report. The report is based on self-reported information and is not a certification, legal opinion or independent verification of compliance.

The actual retention periods and deletion procedures for assessment records, enquiry records and technical logs are managed according to the relevant operational and legal requirements. We do not promise that an assessment record is automatically deleted after a fixed period unless an applicable deletion schedule has been implemented.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

For the BIM assessment service, these measures include server-side input validation, CAPTCHA verification before a record is inserted, restricted CMS collection permissions and limited return of record data to the page that requested the assessment.

No website, software system or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We regularly review our arrangements and take reasonable steps to address identified risks.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may have the right, subject to the applicable statutory conditions, to:
