TAPA

Operating the Future of Architecture — Through Systems & Digital Delivery

TAPA Parametric is an architecture and digital project delivery practice focused on the systems that connect design intent with technical execution.

We bring architectural thinking, Building Information Modeling (BIM), information management and coordinated workflows together to create a more structured approach to project delivery.

Our focus extends beyond the production of models and drawings to the information, processes and coordination that support better-informed decisions throughout a project's development.

OUR GENESIS

Architectural projects bring together design decisions, technical requirements, multiple disciplines and changing information. When these elements are managed through disconnected workflows, teams can lose context, repeat work and struggle to maintain consistency throughout delivery.

TAPA was founded around a simple observation: the connection between architectural intent and technical execution needs to be designed as carefully as the architecture itself.

We approach BIM not simply as a modeling tool, but as a framework for organizing project information, supporting coordination and making decisions more traceable.

Our aim is to help project teams move beyond fragmented files and isolated modeling tasks toward structured, project-specific information workflows that support design development, technical review and construction delivery.

**We don't just think about the model. We think about the system that makes the model useful.**

THE TAPA FRAMEWORK

From Design Logic to Coordinated Delivery.

01 / STRUCTURE

System Architecture

Every project needs a clear structure for its information, responsibilities and workflows. We help define the standards, information requirements and delivery logic that guide how project data is created, organized and exchanged.

02 / CONNECT

Information Integration

Architecture, engineering and construction depend on information that can be understood and coordinated across disciplines. We support structured BIM workflows, model-based coordination and issue tracking, according to the project's scope and delivery requirements.

03 / DELIVER

Delivery & Quality

Information becomes valuable when it is fit for its intended use. We focus on model and documentation quality, consistency checks and clearly defined deliverables that help project teams review, coordinate and communicate design decisions with greater confidence.

A model is not the end product of a digital workflow. It is part of an information system designed to support decisions, coordination and delivery.

OUR APPROACH TO DIGITAL DELIVERY

A Structured Path from Assessment to Delivery.

Why Systems. Why BIM.

A Structured Path from Assessment to Delivery.

BIM creates value when it connects people, processes and project information—not when it is treated as an isolated modeling activity. For TAPA, digital delivery is about establishing a clear relationship between what a project requires, how information is produced, how disciplines coordinate and how deliverables are verified. Depending on the project's needs, our work can focus on one stage or connect several stages of the delivery process.

ASSESS

Understand the existing conditions.
We examine project requirements, team workflows, information needs and coordination challenges to identify gaps and define practical priorities.

TRANSFORM

Build a clearer way of working.
We help establish BIM standards, information requirements, model structures, delivery protocols and quality-control workflows suited to the project or organization.

OPERATE

Support coordinated project delivery.
Within the agreed scope, we support model coordination, information exchange, technical reviews, issue management and the preparation of structured deliverables.

SCALE

Make effective workflows repeatable.
Where appropriate, we help translate lessons from individual projects into reusable standards, templates, guidance and training that can support more consistent delivery across future projects.

Our approach is project-specific. The objective is not to introduce technology for its own sake, but to establish workflows that address real delivery needs.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

Architecture, Information and Systems Thinking.

Tayfun Parlak is an architect and the founder of TAPA Parametric Architecture. His work focuses on BIM-driven project delivery, coordinated design workflows and the relationship between architectural intent, technical information and construction requirements.

After graduating from Özyeğin University, he worked with architectural studios in Türkiye, contributing to work across commercial, cultural and mixed-use project contexts.

His professional interests include information management, model-based coordination, digital delivery standards and the development of structured workflows that connect design decisions with technical execution.

Through TAPA, he is developing a practice that brings architectural thinking and digital project delivery into a more integrated framework.

OUR COMMITMENT

Better Information. Better Coordination. Better Delivery.

Buildings are designed through ideas, developed through decisions and delivered through the coordination of people, systems and information.

TAPA works to strengthen the connections between these stages.

We bring architectural thinking, BIM-based workflows and structured information management together to help project teams work with greater clarity, improve coordination and prepare more reliable project deliverables.

We see technology as a means—not an end. What matters is how information supports the decisions that move a project forward.

We design the systems behind architecture.
